The asanas that help maintain normal blood pressure are the forward bends, such as Paschimottanasana and Halasana. Inversion poses, such as Sarvangasana and Sirsasana, are also helpful in this regard. Pranayama, or yogic breathing exercises, are also beneficial for helping to maintain normal blood pressure.

Some of the best pranayama practices for this purpose include Ujjayi and Kapalabhati. Additionally, it is important to follow a healthy and balanced diet that includes plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables to support heart health.

Regular exercise can also help maintain normal blood pressure levels, and incorporating regular stretching, walking, and other light cardio activities into your daily routine can go a long way toward supporting cardiovascular health. Finally, it is also important to manage stress levels to help maintain normal blood pressure. Practicing relaxation techniques such as yoga or deep breathing can be helpful for this purpose.

Many different factors can contribute to high blood pressure or hypertension, and it is important to be aware of the signs and symptoms associated with this condition so that you can get prompt medical attention if needed. Some of the most common warning signs include dizziness, headache, blurred vision, chest pain or tightness, fatigue, nausea and vomiting, difficulty breathing or rapid breathing, and numbness or tingling in the hands, fingers, feet, or toes.

If you experience any of these symptoms regularly, it is important to see your doctor right away to get a proper diagnosis and treatment plan. Maintaining normal blood pressure levels through a combination of healthy lifestyle habits and medical interventions can help to reduce your risk of developing serious health complications down the line. Talk to your doctor about what steps you can take to support your cardiovascular health and maintain normal blood pressure levels.

Overall, practicing regular yoga, eating a healthy and balanced diet, managing stress levels, getting plenty of relaxation, incorporating regular exercise into your routine, and following the recommendations of your healthcare provider can all help support cardiovascular health and help to maintain normal blood pressure. If you are concerned about your high blood pressure levels or if you are experiencing any of the symptoms associated with hypertension, be sure to speak with your doctor right away for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan. Good luck!

Agree with the asana recommendations above but Halasana is quite difficult to attempt for beginners. Paschimottanasana is much easier to do and can be incorporated easily in your daily yoga flow.
