    In my opinion, after physical activity or workout, it is normal to feel hungry as we lose a lot of calories during the process. Exercising helps us lose weight, drains our glycogen levels, and increases our need for food. In addition to dehydrating us, it makes us hungrier if we don’t drink enough water before, during and after exercise.
