Sourdough is a bread made from the natural occurring yeast and bacteria in flour. It is arguably more nutritious and a great alternative to conventional bread.

Sourdough bread contains higher levels of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants than other breads. It also contains lower levels of phytate and therefore allows your body to absorb the nutrients it contains more easily than those in regular bread.
Corn and spinach sourdough toast is one of the simple and easiest breakfast options! It’s something you can pull off on a busy morning or a lazy Sunday morning!
Recipe:- Heat butter, add minced garlic and fry it for 10-20 seconds.- Add spinach leaves and sauté them on high flame until the water evaporates and leaves soften.- Season it with salt and pepper.- Add steamed corn and sauté for 10 seconds.- Transfer it to a born and set aside.- Heat some butter in the same pan, toast a slice of sourdough bread on both the sides.- Slather on some cheese spread (I have used roasted garlic flavoured cheese spread).- Spread the cooked corn-spinach mixture on the toast and serve immediately!
