Sweet potato paratha (Indian flatbread) is nutritious and filling to eat first thing in the morning. The soft nature of the paratha makes it a perfect snack for toddlers.

Sweet potatoes are high in beta-carotene (converted to vitamin A in the body), which studies have shown to increase the number of white blood cells and increase the activity of killer cells. It supports many other body systems like vision, growth, and development. Sweet potatoes are also a great source of vitamin C, which is another immune system enhancer.

    – Pinch a lemon-sized dough, roll it, and flatten it. Further, roll it in a thin circle like paratha.

-Place the rolled paratha on a hot pan and cook it for a minute. Flip it and cook on the other side.

    – Serve the sweet potato paratha with curd.
