    Yoga, indeed is one of the most popular and sought after fitness activity in India right now. It has been gaining popularity over the last decade and reached worldwide momentum.

    If I could add more to the list, I would definitely add WALKING. Walking is an underrated fitness activity but is the simplest and the most cost-effective way to kickstart your fitness journey. It is an effective workout for your cardiovascular health.

    Another fitness activity that is slowly and steadily getting popular is Zumba. Much like Dancing, Zumba involves more controlled, fun dance movements with repetitions and is a more indulging cardio exercise.
