What should people look for in online fitness classes?

    Fitness is all about feeling good from the inside. No matter how many calories you consume or burn, if you are not happy from the inside, you won’t shake hands with fitness. Hence, when joining an online fitness class, you should look for coaches that make you feel motivated and energetic. Peace of mind and mental strength is more important than physical fitness these days. I personally prefer yoga and meditation over physical exercises.

    I recently planned to join an online fitness class. I was expecting some good exercising sessions and workout tips. However, I found out that online classes just provide repetitive stuff. Most of the time, they even play the same video over and over again. It’s almost like encountering a gym instructor who is telling you to follow the same routine every day, without any alterations or improvisations.
