    Before using any technique to prevent obesity, it is important to realize that every person has different body needs. No fit-for-all strategy is going to work to kill those extra pounds. No matter if you chose Yoga or a gym, you have to make a plan for yourself. This shall include calorie intake, diet regime, physical activities, sugar consumption and so on.

    Yoga as we know, is not just an exercise, but a way of life. You need to practice it daily to get the desired results. As you progress, you will love the effects it has on your body. You need to dwell in regular practicing asanas to reduce body fat. There are various postures that you can start doing. You can go as simple as bending forward and twisting the body backward to see minute results. When you are comfortable with this, start doing proper Yoga asanas and continue to increase your time.

    I had a hard time going to the gym and exercising to lose weight. Since I’m obese, the pounds started building up as soon as I left exercising. The Yoga Asanas like Dhanurasand and Uttanpadasand really helped me out in this. It made my body flexible, active, and light. I could feel the blood rushing through my head while doing these which makes me feel alive. And the best part is, you can do it anywhere. I practice it on my roof in the morning.
