    Yoga is a great way to get kids into the habit of exercising, and it can help them develop focus skills that will last their whole lives.

    The Hindu practice has been shown scientifically as an effective workout routine for children because they are more prone than adults when doing poses such as downward dogs or planking! Yoga also builds confidence through self-expression while encouraging mindfulness in young minds which teaches patience with both themselves AND others – all qualities needed later down life!
