New Member Terms and Conditions – Disclaimer of Liability
Welcome to Techno Gyms! We are thrilled to have you join our fitness community. Before you commence your workouts and activities at our gym, we kindly request you to carefully read and acknowledge the following terms and conditions regarding liability for injuries resulting from the use of gym equipment.
Assumption of Risk:
By becoming a member of Techno Gyms, you acknowledge and understand that engaging in physical exercise and using gym equipment carries inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to, muscle strains, sprains, fractures, cardiovascular complications, and other injuries. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation in gym activities and agree that Techno Gyms, its owners, lessees, employees, trainers, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any such injuries.
Responsible Use of Equipment:
As a member, you agree to use the gym equipment responsibly and in accordance with any instructions, guidelines, or demonstrations provided by the gym staff. It is your responsibility to ask for assistance or clarification if you are unsure about the proper usage of any equipment. Any misuse, disregard of safety protocols, or failure to follow instructions may increase the risk of injury and shall be at your own peril.
Consultation with Medical Professionals:
You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to consult with a qualified medical professional prior to commencing any exercise program. By joining Techno Gyms, you confirm that you have obtained necessary medical clearance and that you are physically capable of participating in the fitness activities provided. Techno Gyms and its staff shall not be responsible for any health-related issues arising from your failure to seek medical advice or disclose relevant health conditions. Also Techno Gyms shall take proper care about the sanitation and cleanliness but you acknowledge and understand that engaging using gym equipment carries inherent risks such as the one of contracting certain contagious diseases which are not in the hands of Techno Gyms and its staff. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation in gym activities and agree that Techno Gyms, its owners, lessees, employees, trainers, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any such contraction of diseases.
Waiver of Liability:
In consideration of being permitted to use the facilities and equipment of Techno Gyms, you hereby waive, release, and discharge Techno Gyms, its owners, lessees, employees, trainers, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from any injury or harm caused during your use of the gym equipment or facilities.
Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Techno Gyms, its owners, lessees, employees, trainers, and affiliates from any claims, actions, liabilities, or losses arising from your use of the gym equipment or facilities, including but not limited to any claims brought by third parties.
Please note that the terms and conditions outlined in this document are legally binding upon your acceptance and are intended to protect both you and Techno Gyms from potential liabilities. If you do not agree with any of the terms mentioned above, we kindly request you to refrain from using our gym facilities.
