Physeek Fit is a brand name operated by Vegus Innovations Private Limited, a startup registered in Bengaluru Karnataka.  After operating the business in the online domain, the company is now building Premium Gym spaces in Corporate and Residential Spaces.

A Gym is a traditional business with guaranteed returns.  But setting up a new business requires heavy capital.

To ensure that the company builds a chain of gyms, operate and market them efficiently, we are offering a Partnership Model to all our investors.  The company terms it as Fractional Gym Ownership Model.

The Gym ownership is divided into shares, where each share will cost Rs. 1,00,000.  An individual investor can buy any amount, up to remaining shares of the total 45 available shares.

Our first gym is operational at Bhive Workspace, HSR Campus, Garebhavipalya.  This gym has given a lot of confidence on us and we were able to grab a very good rental deal at BTM Layout Bus Stand, BHIVE Garuda Workspace.

Each investor will receive 20% of their investment, that is Rs. 20000 per share as yearly returns.  And as a fractional owner of the Gym, the company offers 100% principal guarantee after 3 years of lock-in period.
